Just to mention that a MOSFET regulator is not necessarily a series regulator and in fact series regulators rarely use MOSFETs. Series regulators reduce stator heating.

Clearly Pablito800gs' charging system is not able to support the electrical load when the lights and heated grips are being used.

If you did not already do so you should also check that there is no continuity between each phase and ground. If there is any continuity the stator is defective. This is the most common failure mode when stators burn out - the winding insulation fails and the wire makes contact with ground.
